Aaron Jameson began his health and fitness journey at the early age of 12 training with his father Jack in their living room doing Jack LaLanne home workouts. Being teased and bullied as a young child (he wouldn’t even take his shirt off at the public pool because of poor self-body image), he set out on a mission to transform his physique.
After just a few short years of taking up bodybuilding and martial arts, Aaron became a brand new young man filled with confidence. And now he’s on a mission to help others transform the way they look and feel to tap back into their strength, inner athlete and regain their confidence.
After high school, Aaron went on to get his personal training & diet counseling certifications. He also began studying yoga & massage therapy, being obsessed with anything to do with physical transformation and optimization.
He’s worked in chiropractic and physical therapy clinics and has a vast knowledge of how to heal the body from injury and treat one’s self with self-care modalities.
He watched the UFC in his early 20s and fell in love with MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). He went on to fight professionally, even showcased on Pay Per View on King Of The Cage. He opened up his own fitness and fight training gym and coached a team of amateur and professional MMA fighters with his team the Submission Coalition.
Due to his high impact and adrenaline rush activities like snowboarding & fighting, Aaron underwent two total hip replacements around the age of 40. Thanks to his solid physical foundation and knowledge of how to heal his own body, he has fully recovered and has since gone on to hike the tallest mountain in the continental U.S. He is even able to do the full splits with no limitations due to the hip replacements.
After retiring from coaching MMA, Aaron decided to begin a new career as an online coach and body transformation specialist. He has now trained clients from all over the world thanks to the internet and this new virtual world. He still takes on a handful of in-person clients to work with one-on-one but loves the fact that he can reach and help more people no matter where they are at in the world.
Specializing in nutrition, meal planning, yoga for physical therapy rehab, functional fitness, home workout program design, alternative supplemental science and health consulting, he helps his clients to regain their strength, energy, vitality, & confidence so that they can feel good about the way they look. He even offers live online workout classes for people that prefer to work out in the comfort and convenience of their own home.
In his spare time he likes to hike, mountain bike, and camp, hang out at the coast on hot days with his wife Wendy and make motivational videos to help inspire his “Super Crew” to live a purpose filled, healthy, and fit lifestyle.
His favorite sayings are: “Let’s get this party started!”, and “this ain’t no rest home!”
