Hey Superman! Just wanted to let you know I'm down 22 pounds since January 3rd!! Diet and exercise brotha! Diet and exercise. {My weight} is 200.8. I started at 224 even (so I guess its a little more than 22 lbs). Thanks brotha!! I honestly don't remember the last time I was 200 pounds.

Hey Aaron! We finallllllyyyy, are in the groove. We are on week 3 of working out at 430 am before work. Our guy Jim is a changed man. Attitude adjustment, confidence restored! Just want to say thank you. Somehow, we still can watch your warm up, fight fit and cool down. I hope that's ok! Anyhoo, that's our 430 am workout You should see this dude's arms after 2 weeks. Muscle memory! Thank you, man. You have been a good influence on Jimmy.

I weighed this morning, 198.6!!! Last Monday I was 201.4 so I lost 3 pounds last week. This week I want to lose 5 more!
I started my morning with your cardio kick boxing and turned up the heat.
